Innovation as a INNORPI Signature

A pioneer in the emulsification of olive oil in pastry, Abdelbasset developed a patented process, registered with INNORPI and undergoing European protection. This unique technique transforms olive oil into a melt-in-the-mouth structure, without the use of butter or cream.

He pushes the boundaries further with the creation of a smart reformulation algorithm, capable of adapting dessert recipes to meet specific nutritional needs (energy, glycemic balance, sports performance, etc.)
His creations rely on functional ingredients: honey, date sugar, superfoods, and aromatic plants from the region. The result is a new kind of pastry one that heals, nourishes, touches, and inspires.
